Legend and Futures are Robinhood's pro platforms, built for traders ready to go beyond the core app. For their launch, Robinhood needed a way to showcase two dense, professional interfaces, with no existing visual language to build from, so our work began with creating one.
We approached the interface as something to elevate. Guided by sharpness and minimalism, we built a CGI world for both products, designed a custom computer for the pro interface to live on, and abstracted key UI moments, like the order ladder, into dimensional objects.
From there, that world carried across the launch: a film that takes viewers through the experience of each product, a series of stills, and 2D and 3D motion for the website and social.
